Trying to get written copies of price quotes with all the charges in black & white is like pulling teeth. I asked for the copies of purchase agreement with & without trade- in , I only got the copy of the purchase agreement without trade-in.I don't believe this is unique to this dealership, its happened with most dealerships. I wish they were more upfront about pricing and explained fully all the charges without asking(demanding) . I had hoped this dealership would be different, they were not! More
