New Traverse Jacob Porterfield was an outstanding sales person who understood everything that I was presenting to him in order to make a new car purchase. He offer Jacob Porterfield was an outstanding sales person who understood everything that I was presenting to him in order to make a new car purchase. He offered suggestions and advise and did not pressure us at all. THAT was the important part. We left not knowing if we could make the purchase. Jake followed up in a day or so to see if he could be of any assistance. We said no and would contact him if we decided we could. We did and purchased our 2017 Traverse. As senior citizens not all younger people can understand situations and limits people at our age do. It's great to deal with someone like Jake. He is certainly an asset to your dealership. Thank You.
