At the end of 2015 my company 'Evolution Installs' was in the market for a new company cargo truck, after walking into multiple competitor dealerships, i knew this was the place i wanted to work with, give my money to and build a vehicle purchasing relationship with for current and future company vehicle purchases. Joe Hamdan was our sales guy "product specialist". Joe was upfront with all information and that is what made it work for me. He took the time to help out when other dealership sales guys took one look at me and probably thought i couldn't afford to buy (and that is being honest). The experience with Joe at Phillips chevy went beyond expected, i was pleased with the experience that 2 weeks later i returned to phillips chevy and purchased a 2nd company truck. It is a year later now (december 2016) and i found myself purchasing a 3rd company vehicle from Joe Hamdan at Phillips Chevy in Frankfort, IL. Keep up the great work guys!!! Going to buy a car isn't at the top of a car dealerships agenda, but with a each visit they focus on the customer and what they can do to have them return and retain their business and name. Was treated as royal entire time being there. Yes there was wait and down-time, but it was filled with great conversations and relating with coworkers of Phillips. Great place to get a truck from Tom Kelly Large dealership they have about 10 of everything so more than likely they'll have the car or truck that you want. After looking at the truck we found damage on it. Evidently someone managed to ding up both bumpers and fender while it was in transport or on the lot. We were really bummed at this point, Tom and the manager quickly reassured us that the truck would look like a new before we got it. Tom even hooked us up with a rebate that we had no idea of. We also up-fitted the truck with remote start for a very reasonable price. If you need a truck stop and talk to Tom or one of the salespeople here. More
