I’ve bought 4-5 vehicles in the past and they were ok and helpful. This time my salesman I usually deal with is no longer there and the customer service literally stank. I've had an issue with the transmission banging in gears fo 3 years now and your service representative could have cared less he said it's the nature of the car. I totally disagree and if it doesn't show up fo 3 years now and your service representative could have cared less he said it's the nature of the car.
