I was under time restraints to get a new car and they met my timeline, actually exceeded it, considering the car had to be retrieve from another dealer in another part of the state. The paperwork was handled expeditiously. Royce explained the various features in the new car and demonstrated an in depth knowledge of the vehicle. Everything was handled very smoothly which made the new car buying extremely easy and pleasant. More

Mr. Lake set a high standard for others in sales...and we found him professional and friendly. I've been known to walk away from rude or inconsiderate or just obnoxious sales types.
