Too easy I went in to check on the offer I received in the mail on my 2010 toyota venza. I was going in for maintance but though We would check out used Rav4 's . We took a spin around the yard with James Cobb in a rav4 2012 with leather seats sun roof etc we were not happy with it. James remembered he took in a rav4 the night before it had not been cleaned up but it was in great shape with only 19 000 plus miles on it. my wife and I both drove it and liked it. We traded in the vensa and the rest was able to be put on what we had left on the credit card. We were surprised they took our offer with no counter offer. It was a no pressure sale It was so easy It made me feel I must have offered much more than it was worth. We loved the no pressure sale with james and Dennis made not hard push for us to take the extended warrante. We are happy with our newer car. More

Totally stress free rewarding car buying experience I am accustomed to purchasing a new vehicle every 2 to 3 years. Just the opposite unless they have had the wonderful car buying experience I had two weeks ago at Phillips Toyota. I walked in armed with my "homework", gloves on ready to fight. A short time later I drove home in a new Highlander with more upgrades than I expected, a better trade value on my car than I expected and a generous discount off MSRP. I love the car, I love the deal, I love the no pressure experience and I really "liked" my sales person. ("love" may not be politically correct. lol!) Way to go Phillips! More

My 6th Avalon. My 2012 Avalon needed the normal/regular service so I stopped at Phillips in Leesburg, without an appointment. I was treated very well and was given My 2012 Avalon needed the normal/regular service so I stopped at Phillips in Leesburg, without an appointment. I was treated very well and was given prompt service which made me interested in looking at new Toyota. I made inquiry through the internet and Mikey Kuhn and Chad Howell invited me for a test drive of the 2016 Avalon. I was treated very well. They kept me apprised of the availability of cars without being "pushy" and they gave me a deal which I consider very fair. It was the easiest buying experience I have ever had. Mikey went out of his way to have accessories put on the car (at my cost, of course) even days after I had made the purchase. Everyone I dealt with, including Tim Moore in Finance was just "super" to deal with. I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a new car and at least on used car - my 2012. It was an excellent car and was always maintained by Toyota technicians. More
