My wife and I worked with Mike Kuhn over the phone to get the best deal. He understood our needs and what it would take to sell a vehicle we absolutely loved (2017 Highlander limited). Once we had a deal he turned us over to Bruce Markgraf. Bruce was exceptional. He took his time to make sure that all the vehicles features were gone over and ensured we were comfortable before leaving. We are loyal to Toyota (having driven a 2001 Rav4 for 14 years with no major issues) and finally deciding it was time to trade it in.
