I hate buying a car! Perhaps it is because i always wonder about car dealer honesty and if i am being snookered. When one is on a budget it is even more disconcerting! Mikey was very professional and thorough in his explanation of the contract. I would have liked to receive a bit more for my trade in vehicle. Dennis introduced me to the costly protection plan and it sounded sensible at the time but again, is this another con praying on the fears of Little Old Ladies? In the long run it was "As Good As. it Gets" with Car Buying. 🤗 Barb More

Good experience I normally avoid the dealers as they seem to cost so much more. We now have a Hybrid so not everyone works on them so I went to the dealer. It was only an oil change and maintenance so the cost was pretty competitive. Waiting area was awesome, with WIFI and TV. Overall impressed! More

Excellent Service I went to Phillips Toyota because my Tacoma Prerunner was making a noise(front wheel bearing). Rhonda in service department took real good care of my I went to Phillips Toyota because my Tacoma Prerunner was making a noise(front wheel bearing). Rhonda in service department took real good care of my situation and treated me like royalty. Since the fix was going to take awhile I made the mistake of walking around the lot and of course There it was my new ride. I had the pleasure of working the deal with two excellent salespersons, Sonny Rothwell and James Cobb.
