I was also very pleased to find out that Pine Belt is the only dealership that has a unionized staff. I know that these days it probably doesn't want to advertise that, but if the ownership/management is willing to work with it's employees on an equal negotiating relationship for their compensation, that says a lot about the philosophy of the organization, and how it is likely to deal with the customer so a fair deal is reached.
