Thumbs Up I took my wife's SUV to Planet Honda in Union NJ and was in need of Service Work from their Body Shop and was treated with professional courtesy and k I took my wife's SUV to Planet Honda in Union NJ and was in need of Service Work from their Body Shop and was treated with professional courtesy and kindness throughout the whole experience. The gentlemen running the Service Dept. Joe (Scibilia) was able to get us a loaner vehicle while my wife and I were getting escorted over to the Body Shop towards the Manager Paul (Ferreira) for repairs. Inside of a week & 1/2 our truck was completely repaired and back to new. When we picked it up, I was surprised and Happy to see that they went the extra mile by having our SUV cleaned up & Detailed by the Clean-Up Department. We were Absolutely Impressed with the way they conduct and treat customers regarding business. From the Service Dept. to the Body Shop to the Detail Dept. it was a 5 Star Experience, I would bring all my vehicles to this Dealership and recommend them to others. Bobby A. More

Cheap people, will never buy any car again from Planet Honda I leased 2017 Honda CIVIC last year and while doing paper work finance manager Romney Corvalan gave me another product called “Lease shield protection I leased 2017 Honda CIVIC last year and while doing paper work finance manager Romney Corvalan gave me another product called “Lease shield protection” and he explained it will cover like door dent hit by other car door in parking/windshield damage by stones etc in $737.50 for 2 years. But when my windshield got hit by stone recently and I went for repair, these fellow told it can’t be repaired and it won’t be covered in protection plan. Same happened for door dent as well, they are saying pent has also gone so it will not covered. By the time I realized my $737.50 money went in vain it was too late but still I went to get this plan cancelled so that a least I will not feel cheated for remaining lease term. This Saturday I visited Plant Honda to cancel this protection plan and ask to arrange mitting with Finance guys then one guy (might be his name is Luise) told they don’t do cancellation on Saturday and I need to come on Monday to Friday between 9 to 5, such as disgusting people without any kind of self-respect and fall to lowest level to cheat people for few hundreds. My Lease is expiring in few months and I will never buy any car from Planet Honda again. More

Went to lease CRV based on the deal on their website I went to this dealer as they were advertising $175 with $1499 down for CRV-L on their website. After I reached their I get a sales man who was going I went to this dealer as they were advertising $175 with $1499 down for CRV-L on their website. After I reached their I get a sales man who was going to deal with my. I told him that I came for this deal. And he asked me bunch of questions including down payment. I said I can go with $2000 down and he said the lease will be $100 more which means $275 with $2000 down. Which is not clearly what they advertised. I understand there are taxes but it should have been clear. I then started negotiating with this sales man and he gave me his last option of $236 monthly with $2000 down. This was after almost more than $45 minutes discussion. I counter with $225 monthly with $2000 down. He said he needs to talk to the big guy to get this deal. He went and came back after 5 minutes. And to my surprise he says the deal will be $2000 down and $299 monthly which is completely different deal . I wasted one hour discussing the deal with this salesman who has no authority to make a deal. If the guy sitting somewhere making the decision, I should have been talking to him to begin with. Why the heck I need to waster my time with some dummy guy who has no authority or anything to do except fill up a paperwork. I was not happy and went and talked to the big guy and he said it is $299 with $2000 down. I would have left if they said that and not waste my one hour of my life with these a..... They are not customer focused and seemed like they don't need my business. The guy I spoke with was very blunt and was not concern about my time or concerns. I have been buying cars from 1992 and specially Honda since 2001 and never saw this type of treatment. This dealer is very nasty(at least the guys I spoke to). Don't waste your time. There are lot of other dealers and other car models. This guy acted like he is the only dealer in town. More

We decided to lease a Clarity, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. Beautiful design and EV capability. It will get about 110 mpg equivalent, so that's a lot of gas money saved! The dealership as a whole is spotless and really beautiful - light and bright with lots of natural sunlight. A nice place to spend a few hours. Our 4 year old loves to come here and check out the cars. :) Such a great experience once again. I love this place! More
