Multi points inspection wasn’t done properly. Report on my wiper blade came out to be working properly/in good condition while it was obviously been damaged/tore. Overall service was good, discount was great, I had a great interest rate at the time I made my purchase. The first sales person I worked with was very nice, I believe his name was Derek, he did all the great interest rate at the time I made my purchase. I went home to think about it, Unfortunately when I went back to purchase he was not there. I ended up buying with Jorge Silva. Two things I didn’t like is that Jorge Silva promised me mats for my car, when came to pick up my mats after completing the survey, he said He couldn’t give me the mats because I gave him a 9 on a survey. If I can’t be honest in a survey, there’s no point of asking for one. lastly they said if you refer somebody they will give you incentives, I referred 2 people I never received anything 🤷🏾‍♀️ More

Made an appointment for an oil change at 10:00am. When I get there I was advised that it would be a 3 hour wait. There is no way I should wait 3 hours for an oil change being that I made an appointment in a get there I was advised that it would be a 3 hour wait. There is no way I should wait 3 hours for an oil change being that I made an appointment in advance. An oil change takes anywhere about 25-40 minutes. I couldn’t wait any longer it already hit the 3 hour wait time so I took my car somewhere else to get serviced. Not sure if the dealer over booked but it was unacceptable to wait 3 hours for an oil change. More
