What an absolute disappointment. I took my Ram 3500 in because it was throwing a code I couldn't clear. First of all they charged me $280 to plug their diagnostics in and tell me what I took my Ram 3500 in because it was throwing a code I couldn't clear. First of all they charged me $280 to plug their diagnostics in and tell me what they said. Complete rip off. Second they told me I needed a new turbo actuator. They quoted me a price of over $4000.00!!!! They then had the audacity to be smug about it when I questioned it and said they really thought it needed a new turbo as well with a price tag of over $8000.00!!! Thirdly, my truck had several recalls that needed tending to so I left it with them to take care of. Not only was my truck not finished when they said it would be, but I had to call them in the late afternoon to find that out! On top of this they charged me some kind of mystery fee for "supplies". That is ridiculous! I shouldn't pay a red cent for recall work! On top of all of this I got an actuator for under $400 and had an independent shop install it for under $300.00!!!!! That $4000.00 job cost me under $700 to fix. It runs like a champ. What a joke. I wouldn't take my bicycle in this ridiculous shop. More
Had a ticking in the motor so on Day 1 dropped the car off. Day 2, Did not hear from the service writer so I called, only to be told he wasn’t there. No one else could tell me the status of my car, and so off. Day 2, Did not hear from the service writer so I called, only to be told he wasn’t there. No one else could tell me the status of my car, and sounded like he was put out to have to talk to me. Day 3, called again and had to leave a voice mail. He called back to tell me what was wrong with the car, so I told him to fix it. Day 4, I called once again, he told me it would be ready about 4:00pm. Told him I would be there after 5:00pm to pick it up. The one and only time he called me without me calling first was at 3:00pm to tell me it was ready. Very poor communication. always seemed like it was a problem to have to talk to me. Not much confidence in the service writers. More

Platinum offers the best service when purchasing a vehicle I have ever experienced. Once I got there they welcomed me showed me the vehicle i was going to purchase and went over the vehicle with me. Had all paperwork signed and keys handed over in about 20 min. He quoted me a total price that was 158% of the advertised price. I have the website printout including the stock and vin number of the bait and switch truck. I would never recommend anyone deal with this dealership. More

Best Dealership experience I have ever had. Nothing but good things to say. From the very start Platinum had better pricing and better communication than most dealerships I have dealt with. Once I received the first phone call, my salesman David was willing to handle the majority of the deal through text message, which was convenient for me during the work day and he never bothered me when I was busy. I never felt pressured into a price or a deal that I didn’t want, he never criticized my opinions on the vehicle I wanted or my budget. I felt that he and his sales manager were both up front and honest from the start. Once I arrived at the dealership, which was 2 days after making the deal, I live out of state and drove over 2 hours to the dealership, David met me in the parking lot and escorted me to my purchase, the vehicle was cranked and the AC was running. There was a free bottle of water in the cup holder and we immediately went for a test drive. Everything was as David told me it would be and the vehicle was spotless, full of gas and ready to be taken home. He gave me no hassle on my trade, which was appraised by seeing photos and information that I provided ( I also want to note that Platinum offered me a more than fair price on trade in value ). Once inside, I waited for less than 10 minutes and began paperwork. It was the fastest and hassle free experience I have ever had at a dealership. I was not pressured into any extra warranty coverage or any other price additions. I came with a certified check, pre-printed and the finance manager gave me no problems and I was in and out of his office in less than 7 minutes. Once the paperwork was completed, David had me sign a few more papers and I was out the door and on my way home. The entire experience lasted less than an hour. This was the perfect deal for me and Platinum kept their word from the start and gave me a hassle free, enjoyable dealership experience. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle and I can promise, that David is one of the best salesman out there.
