Plaza Cadillac was established in October of 1995, and consistently ranks as one of the nation’s top Cadillac dealers for sales and customer satisfaction. Our primary areas of sales and service are here in Lake and Sumter counties, but many of our customers come from throughout the State of Florida.
We take tremendous pride in the level of service that we provide, and we do it by keeping in mind all of the expectations that our customers have for premium dealership. I sent the dealer an inquiry of the 2020 Pacifica. They reached out to me, we set up a time to look at the van. My sales man Michael Land had the van washed and ready to go. The best thing about this dealership is the service manager named Harry. Since 2014 when I bought my ATS, Harry has provided the best service I’ve ever had. We enjoyed our buying experience with our sales person Tim Phillips. Tim was helpful and courteous. The dealership had a nice supply of inventory to choose from.
