Plaza Cadillac was established in October of 1995, and consistently ranks as one of the nation’s top Cadillac dealers for sales and customer satisfaction. Our primary areas of sales and service are here in Lake and Sumter counties, but many of our customers come from throughout the State of Florida.
We take tremendous pride in the level of service that we provide, and we do it by keeping in mind all of the expectations that our customers have for premium dealership. We are dedicated to making sure that our customers drive off of our lot feeling completely satisfied their purchase or service experience. We are passionate stewards for Cadillac who take pride in helping our customers celebrate their success. We realize that consumers don’t buy Cadillacs because they have to, but rather because they want. Driving a Cadillac is a reward to yourself for your hard work and achievements, and we are here to help.
Since our opening in 1995 we have supported our local community to give back as much as possible. We are active in the local Chambers of Commerce, civic organizations and support many local charities. By dealing with Plaza Cadillac, you also help support these wonderful local causes.
We offer you our sincere gratitude for your consideration. Without you, none of this would be possible.

I recently purchased a 2025 Honda Civic Type R from Plaza Cadillac, and I could not have been more pleased with the overall experience. I live approximately four hours away from the dealership, so most of Cadillac, and I could not have been more pleased with the overall experience. I live approximately four hours away from the dealership, so most of the purchasing process had to be handled remotely. My salesman, Jesse Knapp, was outstanding from beginning to end. Jesse was extremely responsive to all of my questions and took the time to send me numerous detailed pictures and videos of the vehicle. His openness and communication gave me the confidence to make the four-hour drive to purchase a vehicle essentially sight unseen. I also really appreciated Plaza Cadillac's willingness to negotiate the purchase remotely through email and text. Jesse was even able to work with me remotely on the trade-in of my Corvette and was fair with its value, which made the entire transaction much easier. When I finally arrived at the dealership, the Type R was exactly as Jesse had represented it. There were no surprises, and the entire experience confirmed that making the long drive to Plaza Cadillac was the right decision. Buying a vehicle from four hours away can be stressful, especially when you're relying heavily on the salesperson to accurately represent its condition. Jesse earned my trust throughout the process and made the experience straightforward and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend Plaza Cadillac, and especially Jesse Knapp, to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from them—even if you're several hours away. Thank you, Jesse and the Plaza Cadillac team, for a great buying experience! More

Both times I took my Cadillac in for service walked away with a new car to me, without the pressure most other dealerships exhibit. Rick the sales man is great, along with Harry in the service department. I can't leave Mark out either, EVERYONE is courteous. The working atmosphere seems very organized and inviting to the public.
