Plaza Cadillac was established in October of 1995, and consistently ranks as one of the nation’s top Cadillac dealers for sales and customer satisfaction. Our primary areas of sales and service are here in Lake and Sumter counties, but many of our customers come from throughout the State of Florida.
We take tremendous pride in the level of service that we provide, and we do it by keeping in mind all of the expectations that our customers have for premium dealership. We are passionate stewards for Cadillac who take pride in helping our customers celebrate their success. We have always used Plaza Cadillac for servicing our 2012 Cadillac SRX. The service manager, Harry, is always friendly, explains everything clearly, and is respectful of my schedule and needs. This last visi Cadillac SRX. The service manager, Harry, is always friendly, explains everything clearly, and is respectful of my schedule and needs. This last visit I needed a new compressor for the air conditioner, a 7-hour minimum job. After the diagnosis, Ron, the chauffeur brought me home and next day brought me back to pick up my car. He is gregarious and polite which made for a pleasant trip both ways. Ron also gets 5 stars. More

From my last visit in December, the initial greeting experience has greatly improved because the service writer-Steve-was my first contact. Steve has always been top notch and is just excellent.
