Plaza Cadillac was established in October of 1995, and consistently ranks as one of the nation’s top Cadillac dealers for sales and customer satisfaction. Our primary areas of sales and service are here in Lake and Sumter counties, but many of our customers come from throughout the State of Florida.
We take tremendous pride in the level of service that we provide, and we do it by keeping in mind all of the expectations that our customers have for premium dealership. Plaza Cadillac was a breathe of fresh air after looking into other dealerships. Everyone was respectful and attentive, even delivering the car to my home. I would absolutely go there again for another car, as well as recommend them to a friend. The car runs smoothly and I am enjoying it. I am happy with my car and feel I got a fair price in a crazy market. They lost one star because the paperwork didn't go smoothly. An incorrect address was put in twice, causing a wait on paperwork and later I had to go to the bank to correct it, and I had to call a couple of times for insurance info. More

The check in was very easy and everyone was so friendly! It was very busy so it took a little longer for the oil change, tire rotation, and car was.
