Plaza Cadillac was established in October of 1995, and consistently ranks as one of the nation’s top Cadillac dealers for sales and customer satisfaction. Our primary areas of sales and service are here in Lake and Sumter counties, but many of our customers come from throughout the State of Florida.
We take tremendous pride in the level of service that we provide, and we do it by keeping in mind all of the expectations that our customers have for premium dealership. We are passionate stewards for Cadillac who take pride in helping our customers celebrate their success. Seasonal resident in the villages and was happily surprised by the level of service. My Escalade broke down the evening before. Had it towed to plaza Cadillac and Steve could not have been more helpf surprised by the level of service. My Escalade broke down the evening before. Had it towed to plaza Cadillac and Steve could not have been more helpful. Called me the next morning to confirm the drop off and kept me updated throughout the day. Service was completed late morning with no surprises. Replaced my key fob battery at no charge and even had the vehicle washed. Did not try to sell me something not needed (as opposed to my local dealer). Had the shuttle pick me up Very happy and this being my 3rd Escalade, will definitely purchase my 4th at Plaza. More

They were courteous and professional. However, the service work was not done correctly. The car leaked before and after the service, including onto driveways where the car was parked.
