Plaza Cadillac was established in October of 1995, and consistently ranks as one of the nation’s top Cadillac dealers for sales and customer satisfaction. Our primary areas of sales and service are here in Lake and Sumter counties, but many of our customers come from throughout the State of Florida.
We take tremendous pride in the level of service that we provide, and we do it by keeping in mind all of the expectations that our customers have for premium dealership. We are dedicated to making sure that our customers drive off of our lot feeling completely satisfied their purchase or service experience. We are passionate stewards for Cadillac who take pride in helping our customers celebrate their success. They are just so slow. I went in for an oil change and a leak in my tire. After 1.5 hours I went out and saw my car on the lift but no one working on it. I came back 15 minutes later and same thing. I went in and asked and he told me there was a nail in the sidewall so I would need a new tire. Fine, but how long was my car just sitting there with no one and when were they going to tell me? Finally got them going again and left over two hours after I arrived for my appointment. Not the first time I left wondering why it took so long. They do good work but frustratingly slow. More
