My new SA Jack C is good and very good at keeping us informed on our vehicle and addressing our concerns. Even during our most recent prolonged repair/maintenance issue with both of our new Porsche's I informed on our vehicle and addressing our concerns. Even during our most recent prolonged repair/maintenance issue with both of our new Porsche's I have found that Jack and the Service Manager Chuck A have been responsive and the whole Porsche Atlanta Perimeter team have tried to address our needs while also advocating for us when needed. Hope this continues. In a pinch Scott F has also been outstanding. Great to work with. More
First I want to say how much I love my Porsche Cayenne Coupe S. It's an awesome car and I want to take great care of it through service. I brought my car in for it's first service last month. I booked it online and included in the notes an error message that was appearing on my dashboard and I also inquired about getting my front windows tinted. I checked a button that asked if I wanted someone to call me. I expected a call to explain my situation but never received one. When I got to the dealership no one was aware of the notes I put in the appointment. I assume this comment box is not checked and the button to have someone call the customer is ignored. I left the car for 4 hours and when I picked it up and drove off the lot I had a message on my dash saying all 4 tires needed air. I also had a message that I needed engine coolant!!! I stopped and had a tire place check my tires and they confirmed that all 4 were low and filled my tires. Then I checked my coolant and it was way below the Minimum level. I have no idea how a new car loses that much coolant but more surprising is that no one at the dealership saw this or filled my fluids!! My daughters Honda gets all her fluids refilled at the service but a $140K Porsche doesn't?? I was extremely disappointed in the whole experience. I met Jim Ellis at our club before he passed and I know he would be embarrassed by this. The good news is that Hennessy Porsche is not far from me so I will be visiting them in the future. More

They try to do everything possible to keep the customer satisfied. It took several attempts, but they did kept at it, and were able to address a humming noise from AC/Heater system. They were communicativ satisfied. It took several attempts, but they did kept at it, and were able to address a humming noise from AC/Heater system. They were communicative, had to put in time and effort to ensure it is fixed. They also gave me a 30 mins ride with one of their advanced techs to ensure it is not reproduced.
