Service took significantly longer than expected. Communication was not as good as in the past. In addition, the company added 3 % fee for credit card payments. I feel that's ridiculous. More

Thank you for note. Yes, at the initial visit your team 'provided finding from the inspection' to the warranty provider but as your notes will clearly show it was Incomplete - what you told me in person didnt match what you sent to the warranty provider. When I spoke to your service mgr, Chuck, on Wed 11/5/2025, he assured me he would contact Silver Rock to provide the updated/complete/relevant information by Friday, 11/7/2025. Did this happen? Both Carvana and Silver Rock's records show that he did not. Now my warranty has expired and I am stuck with thousands of dollars of expenses for a car I have owned less than 3 months. This was totally avoidable.
