Originally I had Porsche Atlanta with a 5 star rating, but the lack of follow up since my purchase has been underwhelming. Time spent at the dealership between the time of purchase and signing the paperwo but the lack of follow up since my purchase has been underwhelming. Time spent at the dealership between the time of purchase and signing the paperwork was excessive (almost 4 hours), but the team did a good job of keeping me informed and apologized for the delay. Due to how late it was before the car was delivered. The car was not cleaned as well as it should have been and the onboarding process was cut short. Currently I am waiting on a couple of follow up items, but it appears as if I will need to make the calls myself as my sales rep did not follow up as he said he would on Monday. More
