Chad was attentive and straightforward from the start, making the negotiation quick and painless. More importantly, I neither felt pressured, nor ignored through the purchase process. The entire timeline from purchase to car delivery at my front door, two states away, took eight days and I couldn't be happier. May made sure I did not regret my trip as she located the perfect car and agreed to a very fair price without haggling. The process was very efficient from beginning to end. My only concern was some confusion on the charging equipment that comes with the Panamera E-hybrid but I think that was largely a Porsche issue that needs to be addressed corporately. May was a pleasure to deal with as was the rest of the team. More
