I live less than 5 blocks away from a "go to" Los Angeles area Porsche dealership but still made the one hour trip to Porsche Riverside to purchase my 2016 Cayenne. The reason was due in very large part to how professional, extremely knowledgeable and especially kind Sherman was on the phone. Then, to my surprise later that day, Sherman recorded, narrated and sent me a 5 minute video of the Cayenne we discussed. When I told Sherman I would travel to Riverside the next day he came to work on his off day to meet me there. Sherman made my first Porsche buying experience one that I will never forget.
