The manager Jeff Hudson worked cooperatively with me on the pricing, to make the deal happen, and Jeremy Bishop in finance smoothed out the financing arrangements. One of the brand new tires picked up a bolt on a test drive - Michel arranged to have the tire replaced and the car delivered to me in Santa Barbara, saving me an additional long drive to pick it up. This allowed them to save us time and present us with exceptional options that we ourselves otherwise would not have considered. Also, we never felt like we were being “handled” at any point.
