I had the specific car in mind and Michel Rey worked closely with me in locating the vehicle (who knew they had so many lots?!), pointing out the features, and allowing multiple test drives. The manager Jeff Hudson worked cooperatively with me on the pricing, to make the deal happen, and Jeremy Bishop in finance smoothed out the financing arrangements. One of the brand new tires picked up a bolt on a test drive - Michel arranged to have the tire replaced and the car delivered to me in Santa Barbara, saving me an additional long drive to pick it up.
