Great Customer Service! Can't say enough about Porsche Riverside. Took my wife's new Cayenne in to the service department for some issues with the paint. The service staff David Barron and Henry Queada were very accommodating and professional. Cody Allen had a loaner vehicle setup for me to use while the vehicle was there. Coming from Orange County, This made it convenient for me to get back home. Picked the Cayenne up the next morning and was very pleased that they took such good care of it. They did an entire detail to the car! I had asked for only some areas that had water spotting on the roof and hood be taken care of! This as far as I am concerned is great customer service that shows how much they appreciate their customers. My experience with Porsche Riverside from Sales to Service has been a pleasure, and I will continue to use them for all my needs in the future! More

Great Sales Staff We started our journey to find my wife a new 2018 Porsche Cayenne, after getting several quotes from an online source. Walters Porsche came out on top with the best discount on the vehicle we were looking for. Credits to Tony Nguyen for his pleasant demeanor and knowledge on the vehicle we were looking at. He took the time to explain all the functions of the vehicle so that we completely understood everything. Tony took my wife and I for test drive and she was really impressed in how helpful Tony was to her during and after the test drive. The next day while my wife was at work, I made contact with Walters Porsche again and arranged a time to meet with another salesman as Tony was not available that day. I met with Michael Rey and he showed me a Porsche Cayenne that they had with all the options my wife was looking for. Michael took the time to answer all my questions and explain things thoroughly. He was very helpful in negotiating a great deal for me with the sales manager. Needless to say, the sales manager even threw in a free key replacement in the event we lost one, Free keychains for our key fobs and a discount coupon for their on site store. I didn't get the sales managers name who made us the great deal. But he also was a pleasure to negotiate with, spelling out all the details for me. After leaving a down payment and setting up a time for my wife to come in complete the required paperwork, I left to go home and share the good news with my wife, She was ecstatic! We received several phone calls over the next two days assuring us that the car would be ready when we arrived. We arrived at Walters Porsche around 12:30 PM and were met by Tony. I told Tony that my wife would like to see the car and make sure it had the all the options she wanted. Tony was more than happy to assist her while she looked the car over. Finally! We signed all the required paperwork while the finance manager answered all our questions about fees and other items. Adam was very helpful and patient as I had numerous questions in regards to figures on the sales contract. Oh, Did I mention that they also got us a great interest rate for the remaining balance on the car! Overall the finance office at Walters Porsche did an outstanding job accommodating our needs. Once all the paperwork was completed Tony Nguyen accompanied myself and my wife outside to the vehicle and proceeded to thoroughly go over all the functions of the vehicle with my wife so she was familiar with the operation. His knowledge and patience while going over things is outstanding. After all that was done, he even took some photos of my wife and I with her new car. Overall Impression with sales staff and Walters Porsche Riverside. Great people, great service and attention to detail and their customers needs. I highly recommend that if your in the market for a new Porsche, or even used, you give them a call. I don't believe you will be disappointed! More
