Hi Haoie, I’m really sorry that this happened and I can understand that you are upset that you didn’t get this car. We emailed and called you with updates about when the car was going to be here on multiple occasions (8/17, 9/13, 11/3, 11/26, 11/30). In your review, the email you are referring to from us on 11/30; we said word for word, “You car has arrived at the port of San Diego and has been released for transport. It should be here any day. What's the plan for financing?” This is the email we told you the car is arriving so you certainly got it, but you didn’t reply to it or communicate with us in any way. After the car arrived we still never heard from you and after five days of it being here with still no response from you the car is available for re-sale per our agreement when you ordered the car. When an ordered car arrives it’s our experience that clients are so excited that they can’t do anything other than communicate with us.
