Service Advisor Phillip Allen for his outstanding professionalism, de Allen, I would like to take this opportunity to formally commend..... YOU..... Service Advisor Phillip Allen for his outstanding professionalism, dedication, and exceptional customer service. I have been a loyal customer of Potamkin Hyundai for the past 20 years and have purchased four vehicles from your establishment. Throughout the years, I have experienced many levels of service at this dealership in the past.........I WAS NOT HAPPY!!!! But I must sincerely say that the recent experience I had with Phillip Allen and Ara Miranda has completely restored my confidence in the dealership. Mr. Phillip Allen took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, frustrations, and the issues involving my vehicle. He showed genuine care, professionalism, and initiative by personally scheduling and overseeing repairs on problems that were not easily resolved. His attention to detail and willingness to help made a tremendous difference to me as a customer. BECAUSE OF HIM, AND ARA IM RETURNING AS A CUSTOMER!!! Ms. Ara Miranda also contributed greatly to this outstanding experience. Together, Phillip Allen and Ara Miranda demonstrated the kind of professionalism and customer care that truly makes customers want to return. I would also like to recognize the entire staff involved in this process, including the valet personnel, rental car staff, mechanics, and service department employees. The atmosphere and level of service at Potamkin Hyundai now feels like a breath of fresh air, and management should be very proud and aware of these positive changes. As someone who has purchased four vehicles from Potamkin Hyundai, I can honestly say that I am now happily returning to the dealership because of the outstanding treatment and service provided by Phillip Allen and Ara Miranda..... Before, things were not this way. Today, things are completely different, and I am grateful, thankful, and hopeful that this excellent level of service will continue moving forward. Please make sure that Phillip Allen and Ara Miranda receive the recognition they deserve for their exceptional work. It is employees like them who make loyal customers like myself continue coming back to the dealership. Thank you very much, Phillip, Thank you very much, Ara. You now have a permanent friend and loyal customer because of your professionalism, dedication, and care. Sincerely, Eric Martinez Sent from my Galaxy More
