For the most part, great people. Good deal! 2020 Acura RDX A-spec AWD. Black exterior/interior. I left Precision Acura with a phenomenal car at a very good value. They gave me an exceptionall 2020 Acura RDX A-spec AWD. Black exterior/interior. I left Precision Acura with a phenomenal car at a very good value. They gave me an exceptionally fair price for my 2015 Audi A3 with high mileage. Gus Chalak is the best sales guy around-- hands down. Talk with him, get to know him and you'll see exactly what I mean. I have no problem engaging in a negotiation, but Gus and Eric are there to make a fair deal on both ends. No need to go in "guns blazing." Plus, no one likes that type of customer. You can do far better if you're truthful and nice. With that said, do NOT do business with Lauren Auletta in sales. I have written two negative reviews in my life. Here is another-- nice person on the phone, but an untruthful person. Call Gus for a great experience. Other items for a fair review: 1. The other associates were very friendly and knowledgeable. 2. New car was well detailed. 3. Dealer floor is nice-- convenient lounge area. 4. They did not have my desired vehicle in-stock, but got it in ONE day. 5. Finance needs extra help. 45-60 minute wait to get into finance, but the previous client(s) dealt with by finance were moronic. However, Joe Zuccari went above and beyond to support. 6. Do NOT do business with Lauren Auletta. I love my new 2020 RDX A-spec and my experience with Gus. Some things could have been smoother, but overall very good. I'll go back if I am in the market for an Acura in five years! Thanks, Gus. You're a good man. More
