Horrible experience. Worst dealer. Highly unprofessional Firstly their site shows incorrect information about the vehicle and you come to know about it only after visiting them. They wasted my five hours and finally sold the vehicle to someone else. I had been there with my family and after almost fixing up a price, the sales person told us to wait so that he can confirm the deal with his manager. He came back and asked us what we could give the final price. We told him our offer. He told us he will confirm now with the owner. Worst thing was he was absolutely inconsiderate that even my little boy was excitedly waited for the car for 5 hours. Later on he came and told us he sold the car to someone else. Looks like he was finalizing the deal with someone else making us wait and thinking whoever gives him the most he will sell the car to them. He also insulted my husband during the discussion saying that you cant buy this because its out of your budget. What an unprofessional service from a luxury brand like this. Believe me I have been to so many dealers and none of them have been so inconsiderate rude and insulting. I will never recommend this dealer rather any Acura dealers to anyone. Highly unethical, unprofessional. Acura should send their sales people to Lexus and learn some customer service from them. He even told us that he had previously worked with Lexus.
