Had an appointment yet still waited 5 to 6 hours for an oil change and tie rotation. Was told it was going to be a little over two hours, only because they were going to complete two recalls. The recalls w oil change and tie rotation. Was told it was going to be a little over two hours, only because they were going to complete two recalls. The recalls were not done, apparently the parts needed to be ordered. Also, recalls can only be done early, and weekdays only, which I can't make since I work. Saturdays they can't do these recalls, so I have to look for one that does. More
