Rachael did everything she could to try and assist me I returned to this dealership out of desperation. I bought my car in 2014 and the very day that I took delivery, the rear-view mirror fell off. From 2014 up until present, that mirror has been re-attached four times. (this car has had many issues regarding interior parts) Rachael, tried very hard to find a solution to this upsetting issue. She spent a lot of time with me and I know she wanted to help. In the end, Rackael gave me contact information for an autoglass specialist. I am going to trust the autoglass specialist on this one.
