Excellent Service and Staff I want to give a big thanks and shout out to the Premier Subaru of Branford Service Team. I bought a 2016 Forester new back in 2015 and have sinc I want to give a big thanks and shout out to the Premier Subaru of Branford Service Team. I bought a 2016 Forester new back in 2015 and have since put 125,000 miles on it. Along the way I brought it to Premier for every single scheduled service, oil change and minor repair. At one point I had a job driving 1500 miles per week so I needed to be in the dealership often. The staff always bent over backwards went the extra mile to take care of me and my work needs. They made special exceptions over and over to get my car in as quick as possible and always with a rental sooner than the 12 days allowed. They also honored every warrantee and went way above the call to take care of and fix any issues and most of the time free of charge. I've never let anyone else even open the hood or touch the car besides them and glad I did. I will continue to bring my car back there for whatever it needs and I would highly recommend anyone else to do so as well. The quality of the service dept is a factor I will absolutely consider when coming back to the dealership when it's time to buy another car. I take a while to digest info, especially on a big ticket purchase like a car. Michael and Andi should be nominated for sainthood as I had many questions and they patiently answered them all, while maintaining a good sense of humor. Michael, like myself, likes all his ducks in a row, dotting all the "i"s and crossing all the "t"s, which certainly is a desirable trait in a money man. Andi was just brilliant, teaching so much info in a short period of time, all with abundant humor. Parker was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the cars. However, in my opinion, he has not quite honed his sales skills yet. Although we arrived 2 hours prior to close, we ended up slipping past closing time, and although Parker claimed it wasn't a problem, it was clear to me that he had places to go. If a salesman you just bought a car from lets you leave without a business card, you know he is feeling hurried. And, although it may have been an internal communication mix up, it was also rather confusing to me when he brought out a car that was not the one I specifically requested and traveled over an hour to see. All of these team members were professional, and these little hiccups did not discourage me from buying the car, nor from giving the dealership a 5 star rating. I would certainly recommend them all to friends and family and buy there again. More

But our experience was less than nice and I would not even write a review. But this time, so different. Thank you Dalton for giving us a phenomenal experience with your great car side manner. More
