Waste of my time. Second time in this dealership. First time I test drove a car a few years ago the car needed an alignment terribly, went somewhere else afterwards and Second time in this dealership. First time I test drove a car a few years ago the car needed an alignment terribly, went somewhere else afterwards and bought a car somewhere else. Yesterday I was looking at a Nissan rogue on the lot and Dmitry was my salesman. Let's just say I felt like they treated me like I was an uninformed idiot shopper. Ive done my research on buying used cars and sat down as the salesman told me they would offer me $4000 on my used car. Now my car in its current condition is valued at between $5800 and $6800 on Kelly blue book and a few other sites and I told him I wouldnt budge from that number since I've been quoted on true car at $6100 and they still refused to budge . Their appraiser valued it in fair condition when its in excellent condition. Tried to tell me the steering wheel was in less than perfect condition. They also insisted that the additional charge for nitrogen filled tires is required and they tried to add on wheel locks on a 7 year old used car. I told him I was done and immediately drove to McDermott Chevrolet to test drive a similar Rogue. Sitting down the sales many immediatly offered me $6100 for my used car without any haggling about it. I knew it's worth and they worked it out "HONESTLY", needless to say I bought the car at that dealer and had the best experience ive ever had in a dealership. More

Premier Subaru Branford The whole process from walking into the dealership to driving off in my new Forester was very easy. When the car was ready to drive home, a tech walked us thru the features of the car and helped set up Apple Car Play. Overall a very pleasant experience that I would recommend. More

Hunter is very knowledgeable of the newly designed Forester and really seemed to care about my needs and pricing expectations. After a test drive I was really impressed and wanted to purchase a Forester if Hunter could come in on the price I wanted. I did not finance the car so staying within my budget was critical. Hunter did a great job sealing the deal. It’s been 2 months since I purchased the car and I just love everything about it. I will definitely be returning to premier subaru next year when it’s time to replace my 10 year old second car. More
