Well, I was so impressed with the vehicle that I decided to buy one. The process was made better by the friendly, low pressure salesmanship of Dmitriy Naumovich. I also dealt with Rodney Pomerleau and Paola Vilches and found them to be extremely friendly and capable. There was also someone in Service that setup my first service appointment. Having been in Sales and Marketing for a great deal of my work experience, I have to admit that I was somehow disappointed that the Sales Manager, David Taylor, I believe, did not acknowledge the sale with a simple wave or a handshake as I left the dealership, More
