Premier is a well-run business where no one will coerce you into a poor decision. I did not expect to trade in a vehicle, but was treated fairly when holding firm on my old car's value. I had researched the particular model that I ended up purchasing for several months and found Premier's pricing to be very fair. Similar models offered for sale by owners within a 200 mile radius were (very) slightly more affordable, but did not come with the assurances that Premier offers. Ultimately, you will come away from the experience feeling confident in the product and pricing. Mark even responded promptly to an inquiry about the vehicle and supplied the requested information a few days after purchase. It should be noted that the Service department is very well run, in sharp contrast to many dealerships. Gary and his crew (Roxanne in particular) are excellent communicators regarding your service needs, which goes a long way in ensuring that your car stays on the road for 100k+ miles. More

We thought the 1st WRX was nice, and the 2nd is above twice as nice in part for engineering and in greater parts because of the Salesman Ted, and his Sales Manager Rich, and the excellent service from Jeff the Finance Manager and counselor. The service and the parts departments already known to deliver 1st class. Any questions are answered in detail and appointments scheduled for your convenience. Quick and easy This is the fifth Subaru that we've purchased; a DL wagon (from the bad-old days of the 70's), three Foresters (2002, 2006, and 2014), and now a 2015 This is the fifth Subaru that we've purchased; a DL wagon (from the bad-old days of the 70's), three Foresters (2002, 2006, and 2014), and now a 2015 Outback. The last two have been obtained from Premier Subaru of Branford and I would recommend the dealership to anyone in the market for a car. The process was straight-forward, pleasant, and efficient. Ted Astarita in sales did a wonderful job of (a) ensuring that I was able to fully compare the Outback and Forester in order to choose the model that best suited my needs, and (b) then finding one that was configured the way I wanted for near immediate delivery. No hard-selling or pressure, a welcome change from the normal car-buying experience. I also felt that Ted was representing me during the inevitable exchanges with his manager that occurred while negotiating the price. Though the Sales Manager did not beat the competitor's written quote by the "guaranteed $300" (they really should have given me the $200 reduction Ted and I discussed, or something in kind), I was comfortable with the price proposed and the convenience of working with a local dealer. In addition, Bob Alvine, the President of Premier Auto Group, was personally available and extremely helpful in ensuring that my trade-in (the 2002 Forester) was appraised fairly. Where else can you expect such service and personal attention? I'm confident that I received the fair deal that I was looking for.
