As you know, the delay associated with the loaner was the fact that you had presented to us an expired insurance card. Unfortunately, we are unable to release a vehicle to a customer without proof of current and active insurance. We do know that there was a delay in you obtaining this from your insurance company - but, we had a vehicle ready for you as promised once that was cleared up. Our team stands ready to assist you in the future - and, typically we can get these loaners on the road within 10 minutes with proper information. Sorry but I beg to differ. You are correct I did need to log into show an updated card which took me a total of 5 minutes while with the service associate. Ask yourself how long does it take to log into an account online and view its contents? As your protocol goes. Upon entering the dealership, you speak to a service provider check in and discuss what is to be performed on the vehicle. Once this is completed you are then asked to wait in the waiting area to be assisted with the loaner vehicle. AT THIS POINT, I waited the additional 40 minutes for someone to arrive, all while who I think was the manager sat there when he finally came over as he can see I was a little disappointed and asked if everything was alright and at that moment I declared I was disappointed that I was already waiting 30 minutes. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes before someone arrived at work to help me. The individual who arrived late to work then decided to take his time strolling around as he can see I was in a rush and already late to work in which I was late for a meeting. However, Thank you for your response. It is good to see that you team works closely together to cover up their mistakes. This is a bit disappointing as I had thought Premier Subaru provided better customer service than experienced.

Mr. Yaeger/Our team was here and present. There was a question that we attempted to answer internally about your expired insurance card. Once our Service Advisors write up your concerns about the vehicle - we do introduce you to our Rental Car Agents that assist with the rental or loaner cars. We have watched the video of that morning to confirm timing - as, we truly always want to do better. We rent and lend cars consistently - and, most of them are done within 15 minutes - complete. This one, no doubt, was longer given the presentation of the expired insurance card.
