Thanks for the great service! I brought my car in as my sun roof was stuck open. The service rep fixed it for me as soon as I brought it in. I had a pleasant experiance Corey was friendly and easy to work with. I dropped the car off for a recall and to check the battery. Grreat people. Smart people. Great attitudes. People here seem to go out of their way. I asked a question about washing my Porsche indoor cover, and the guy got right on the phone with Porsche tec People here seem to go out of their way. 6-year service I called to schedule a 6-year major service. Prestige was able to get me in within 2 days. A new Porsche Cayenne was provided as a loaner - wow. Th I called to schedule a 6-year major service. Prestige was able to get me in within 2 days. A new Porsche Cayenne was provided as a loaner - wow. There was an extensive list of service to be performed at 6 years and Prestige informed me that it might take more than 1 day (car was ready by 9:00 am the following day). The technician texted me a video my car and the work being done. This included an inspection of the old spark plugs, filters, undercarriage of the car, etc... I didn't expect this and it was a nice touch. My car was washed prior to being returned to me, another nice touch. The Prestige employees I worked with were friendly and professional. More
