Painless, smooth and efficient When it became apparent that we had a major problem with my 2009 Legacy, I was very upset; after all she was, for practical purposes, My Baby. Noel, the Service Manager, called us to explain the problem and the options. My husband and I talked it over and he went to visit the car and see the damage. Noel took the time to show him the metal shavings and the ruptured cam seal. He then took the time to fully explain the all the options. We felt the service department went out of their way to make sure that we felt informed and comfortable, which in this day and age is pretty amazing. We decided to trade the '09 Legacy. Noel said he'd get someone to call us at 9. A little after 9 Antonio in Sales reached out to us. He was great to deal with. Did a great job showing me a "few" cars... I texted my husband that I fell in love with an Outback. Next day we went back and closed the deal. It was a great experience all the way around. We would describe it as helpful, not pushy at all. A special thank you to Antonio for being so patient. I think he would have let me test drive ever car on the lot if I needed to. I did try other cars but in my heart I knew I wanted another Subaru. More
