Friendly and professional. Miguel Miranda was very friendly, patient and professional. Miguel listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions. He showed us the defect Miguel Miranda was very friendly, patient and professional. Miguel listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions. He showed us the defects of our Honda and took us for a test drive. Miguel also showed us the carfax and went over everything with us. He even made sure we knew the car had been in a minor accident. When I pointed out the heater was not working, he adressed the problem immediately. Bryan made the paperwork a breeze. Very friendly guy. I would highly recommend Prestige Family of Dealerships to anyone that is looking to purchase a vehicle. Make sure you ask for Miguel Miranda if you want to have an easy-going experience. My wife and I are very happy with our new Honda Element. We love it! More
