The entire staff was welcoming, professional, courteous, kind, family oriented, and overall an amazing team. But most importantly everyone was honest. We worked with a salesman named Ron and he was absolutely wonderful. He was outgoing, friendly, not pushy, listened to what we wanted and made it happen for us. We also worked with Jake in finance, he was outgoing, friendly, professional and listened to us and delivered. He was extremely helpful in making our purchase happen. From the reception team to the sales people to the finance department, all went above and beyond to make our experience a good, positive one. I was greeted by a young lady Michelle who had a beautiful smile and was simply welcoming. I had the pleasure of working with Deena who was fantastic as well, she called me with updates on my vehicle and had my car ready by the time I requested it to be ready. I also have had the pleasure working with Patricia who also makes me feel at home Everytime I walk threw the doors between these three ladies. Deena was not at her desk when I came to pick up my vehicle and instead of making me wait, Michelle got me my paperwork and pulled my car right to the door for me. I will continue to come to Prestige for all of my services. I also got a follow up phone call the next day from Michelle which I appreciate, other dealerships I have been to never did follow up phone calls. That is definitely great costumer service in my eyes. I recommend if any one needs service done to there vehicle Prestige Volvo is the place to go. You definitely will not be disappointed. Additionally, while I was waiting for my car to be ready I noticed how the sales team, receptionist and members of the finance team interacted with the customers. I cannot recall the last time when I saw every single person at a car dealership smiling and going out of their way to create the most comfortable experience for their customers. But it is not a bad thing, because during the half of the year after the sale was completed, my experience is more than satisfactory. Mr.Landstrom is super nice, frank and amicable. Even after the sale, he is always available when I have questions about my car. Since this is my first car and I did asked him a lot of questions. I might send him an email or text message during his non-work time, which I really don't expect him to reply immediately, but he always replies even he's having a break. He is more like a friend and I really appreciate that. More
