I dropped the car off for routine maintenance, then left with my dog (Bailey) for a leisurely tour of Burton. When I returned, my car was washed and ready to go. Both Anthony and Scott were very understan with my dog (Bailey) for a leisurely tour of Burton. When I returned, my car was washed and ready to go. Both Anthony and Scott were very understanding when Bailey balled them out for being near his vehicle. Five stars to the lady who checked me out; I've forgotten her name, but she was professional and friendly. Though it's a bit of a drive -- I live in Madison -- I will definitely return to Preston for all future maintenance and repairs; and, possibly, for a new car. We'll see how prices go. More

Our experience with the Preston Chevrolet team today was outstanding. Our salesperson was Tom Z, who knew the answer to every question we asked about the Chevrolet Colorado. My wife brought the car in for an 11:00 oil change appointment. She was told the were behind schedule by about an hour! She was not pleased but settled in for what she thought would be a long wait. 35 appointment. She was told the were behind schedule by about an hour! She was not pleased but settled in for what she thought would be a long wait. 35 minutes later they came in to tell her that the car was ready. Incredible work to get the work complete close to the original appointment time estimate. More
