They checked it out and said it was something that had happened to others and went on to replace the starter. Very happy with service and especially for Jill's keeping us updated while we were there. This service came right on time for myself and I am sure several others who have continued to work but with drastically reduced hours during this crisis, as everything we do (in my case, surgery) is not deemed essential at this time.
