poor communication went to preston for years never had an issue until about 2 years ago. bought a brand new truck did regular lil changes and everthing service manager s went to preston for years never had an issue until about 2 years ago. bought a brand new truck did regular lil changes and everthing service manager said i needed a trans flush so figured why not and he said it was lifetime warranty incase anything were to happen after i had that done i was driving down the road and my trans blew every single gear except reverse they told me that they couldnt fix it because i didnt get it the second time for it to be covered under warranty. another thing that they refuse to do is every time i would get my oil change id ask what kind or type of oil they are using and they refused to tell me and tried to get me to do a oil pan gasket on my 2011 cruze saying i had a major oil leak when i obviously didnt no signs of oil where i parked every day on a concrete drive. very last time i was there was to purchase a truck well the owners son i dont remember his name was helping me kept trying to sell me a car or suv which i clearly needed a truck would not get it thru his head kept badgering me to get an suv or car so i went to a different dealership and purchased the truck i wanted and when he called me to tell me they got a truck in id like i told him i alreadh got a truck and his exact words were "are you xxxxing kidding me" now how proffessional is that. after his remarks i stopped going there. thats how i feel about preston super stores More

I was greeted immediately upon arrival and had all the services to be provided comprehensively reviewed. I was invited to observe the detailed inspection of my car, seated in a waiting room with snacks and coffee, and given an update on when to expect the work to be completed. The salesman who sold me our car stopped in to say hello. When the service was completed I was accompanied to the check out desk and to my newly washed, waiting car. Everyone was remarkably efficient, cordial, smiling and upbeat. Overall, it was an outstanding experience. More

Brian Took Us On The Test Drive And Explained All The Features. My Wife Loved The Car And Brian Closed The Deal. The Finance Manager James Preston Found Us Great Financing And Explained The Warranty. I'm 66 Years Old And Have Bought A Lot Of New And Used Cars In My Life. It's Usually A Stressful Encounter.
