My wife stopped off to look at the new Audi A4 Avant and was told about a used car that had just come off lease and was in great condition. He was very professional and low key-no pressure. I felt it was easy to negotiate a fair price with him, and we bought the car. I finished the actual purchase with Kerry who was also very professional and did a very thorough job presenting the car to me and doing the paperwork. They did not apply any pressure for me to make a decision on the spot. They made every attempt to answer all the questions I had regarding the vehicles features and capabilities. The dealership's service department personnel were very accomodating in answering my question of the cost to service the vehicle based on current costs for 120,000 miles. This was very important because the vehicle has a diesel engine and it's service requirements differ from gasoline powered vehicles. More
