Every time I come to Puente Hills Hyundai to get service I get the run around while my family members did not. I just don't get it. It's the same service and same coupon, but I got different treatment(was f I get the run around while my family members did not. I just don't get it. It's the same service and same coupon, but I got different treatment(was forced to pay extra for synthetic oil while the same car being serviced at the same dealership didn't have to pay extra before). I felt I was being tricked to pay extra for something I didn't need which is bait and switch. More
