PH Hyundai is different from any car dealership I’ve been in before. It’s warm, welcoming, comfortable and they truly make you feel like family. I can’t say enough about Ray Alvarez, Carlos Buendia and both in before. It’s warm, welcoming, comfortable and they truly make you feel like family. I can’t say enough about Ray Alvarez, Carlos Buendia and both gentlemen who did my financing! Sorry, can’t remember they’re names! They all helped me find and finance my dream Santa Fe! I was told several times that PH Hyundai is a family and that now I’m part of that family. It gives me comfort to know that, going forward, my Santa Fe will be cared for and serviced at a dealership that feels like family, treats me with respect and functions with a high level of integrity and kindness! Service advisor was very nice. Zylon treatment was good except console which I emptied was left dirty and unvaccuumed. Lower front and some exterior surfaces were still dirty. Paid Zylon treatment was good except console which I emptied was left dirty and unvaccuumed. Lower front and some exterior surfaces were still dirty. Paid alot of money for prepaid treatment at purchase. Would expect better. More
