MY WHOLE EXPERIENCE AT THIS DEALERSHIP WAS EXCELLENT. EVERYONE WAS ON IT. IT JUST SEEMED LIKE EVERTHING FLOWED SMOOTHLY. MY SALESMEN BRYAN WAS JUST AWESOME! HE WENT OVER ALL THE FEATURES OF MY SUV A EVERYONE WAS ON IT. IT JUST SEEMED LIKE EVERTHING FLOWED SMOOTHLY. MY SALESMEN BRYAN WAS JUST AWESOME! HE WENT OVER ALL THE FEATURES OF MY SUV AND EXPLAINED THEM WHERE IT WAS VERY EASY TO UNDERSTAND. I DID FORGET SOME THINGS BUT, ALL I HAD TO DO WAS CALL HIM BACK AND HE HAD ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEM GOING OVER THINGS WITH ME. YASSER, WAS SUPER EASY TO TALK TO AND WAS VERY FRIENDLY. I left my car here to get it fixed and they kept it for 6 days and didn’t say anything until I got there when it was done. They told me they gave my parts I had specifically ordered for me to another person days and didn’t say anything until I got there when it was done. They told me they gave my parts I had specifically ordered for me to another person and proceeded to not tell me or keep me updated. Then when I came to pick up my car they broke my windshield wipers and kept using them to the point it scratched my windshield. They also decided to lose to screws from some parts in my engine and decided to use zip ties without saying anything. More
