It's convenient for me, however the service advisors I've worked with can work on their customer service skills and be more personable and less arrogant. I appreciate that they care and willing to help out. It was very informative and clear of the process and the steps they were taking to get to the issue the Santa Fe was having. It took a few months to identify the problem and three weeks to get it fixed. I’m very happy that the truck is running like new. Also I want to acknowledge Javer for his amazing job taking care of us. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything to us and the time frame. We knew what to expect and it was easy to understand that it was going to take time to get to the root of the problem. Please inform Javer of his awesome work he is preforming.
