I’m giving this dealership 1 star due to their negligence. After a routine oil change, the oil drainage cap was not tightened properly, causing it to come undone while I was driving. This left me negligence. After a routine oil change, the oil drainage cap was not tightened properly, causing it to come undone while I was driving. This left me and my two kids stranded on the freeway—a stressful and dangerous situation. My kids were late to school, and I missed important work calls as a result. When I addressed this with the dealership, all I received was a simple apology. That’s completely unacceptable for the inconvenience and stress this caused. My time and the situation’s severity deserve more than just an apology. There should have been compensation, whether through free oil changes or a significant discount for future services. I’m deeply disappointed in the lack of accountability and customer care. I expected better. More
