Could have been better. I made an appointment for 10am on Saturday. I went in and was told they cant complete the service requested because it's too busy. I was told noone would have made that appointment for me there. Ridiculous. Then I explained what the parts department told me when I called ahead of time. Then I was told they were wrong. There is alot of he said he said going on at that dealership now. It's a ridiculous runaround. I had to leave my car at the dealership for over 6 hours! I had an employee drive me home, the driver was rude and was a terrible driver! He almost hit someone twice! Never used thrn signal and went in and out of lanes. I More
