This is the worst experience and customer service I have ever seen. The lack of communication from my "advisor" Tino should have been an indication of what the experience would be like. Took 6 months to get ever seen. The lack of communication from my "advisor" Tino should have been an indication of what the experience would be like. Took 6 months to get my car completed and in that timespan, my car sat stagnate on their lot. The service recommendations made by the dealership was an oil/filter change, coolant flush and air filter change.. all services that were only recommended because my car sat still for 6 months. The dealership in good faith refused to cover these services because it was not in warranty, meanwhile I purchased out of pocket a new tire one week before my car was ready for pick up for the loaner vehicle for which I am getting denied for reimbursement. So I pay an additional $300 in additional services and I'm also out the $200 for a tire they keep? Dishonest dealership and service reps. I will never give this place another penny! More

Took 4 months to get my car back. I needed a loaner but took almost a month to receive it; in addition, I was forced to take an EV which I do not have a home charger for and made driv I needed a loaner but took almost a month to receive it; in addition, I was forced to take an EV which I do not have a home charger for and made driving super inconvenient and more expensive than if I was allowed to get a hybrid or even regular gas car loaner. Congratulations, I will NEVER consider buying an EV now because of this awful awful super stressful experience. I finally got a home charger after complaining after 3months, and the one I was given was broken...is customer satisfaction a joke? Also, when I went o FINALLY pick my car back up, no one knew anything about it and the people I was told to ask, all had days off? And when I finally found my car, the cabin light button that I specifically requested to be repaired, wasn't even repaired. After 4 months. So thanks, for a ridiculously poor and rage inducing experience. More
